  made an error with my meal so i took it back and they replaced it, politely, but it took 20 minutes. my coffee was also disgusting, I'm not sure what had happened but i think the soy milk they used was rancid or the baristas had heated it up too quickly. they replaced it but the second one was exactly the same. excellent service but it seems like the staff need some additional training especially in making hot drinks.

  Worst ever. Nothing inside the gournmet burger. Complain and got back the same burger with lettuce! 20mn to get serve while not very busy. Place stunk people were rude.

  the food was bland. the employee Bradley was rude and abrupt and ignored me and spat on me accidentally and did not apologise. Terrible service, wont be coming back, and telling my mates not to ever go there!!!!
