  Hugely disappointed by reheated, burnt, dried-out, tasteless mush that was served up as 'moussaka'. Aghast to be told that that I didn't have a valid complaint ('this is how chef always makes it') and they would not exchange it for another meal without paying for both! Obviously I won't be returning!

  reheated awful soggy chips, dry chicken, dry beef, dry lamb, untasty plain food, soggy roasted potatoes. At least the white wine was good. The star of this review is for the amazing waitress.

  Well then! zaks is the place to go! But wait!! there's more!
  If you have a complaint that the food was terrible, complain no more! zaks doesn't give a flying fasolakia about your complaint.
